About The Center for HOPE


We are a member of the Association of Missing & Exploited Children's Organizations (AMECO) which is an international association of nonprofit organizations, AMECO provides an unified voice on issues related to missing and exploited children and their families, and nurtures credible, ethical and effective nonprofit member organizations.

 Mission Statement:

The Center for Hope, Inc. is a not for profit organization with the mission of providing resources to educate, assist and support families and friends to cope with the unexplained disappearance of a loved one.

Our efforts include:

  • Providing support and first hand advice regarding what you should do and expect after a family member has gone missing.
  • Providing guidance with regard to accessing public and private sector services.
  • Assisting law enforcement and other agencies in tending to the needs of families and friends of missing persons.
  • Disseminating information and technical assistance through our web site and other publications.
  • Educating legislators on the need to pass legislation aimed toward locating missing persons and preventing predatory crimes.
